  7. Set your fry pan on fire, heat up 3 tablespoons oil for 1min. Pour in the blended mix. Stir till fried, and add a little of the gizzard stock.
  8. After 3 mins, stir in gizzard and Plantain. Add in diced onion, chilli and green pepper. Correct seasoning, stir everything thoroughly. Put off heat.
