After 4 whistle off the flame,when pressure in the release then open the lid,dry remaining water into the cooker on medium flame,when all the ingredients in the cooker perfectly cooked and water also dried from the mixture then take the mixture on plate,keep aside for 15 min,when the mixture is completely cool then add garam masala,chaat masala,add this mixture into chopper,and chopped it until all the ingredients becomes soft
  3. After chopping remove the mixture into the bowl and add chopped green chillies,coriander leaves and mint leaves,make kabab of it,bit egg for coating,deep kabab into the egg and shallow fry..
